After numerous releases on extremely influential imprints such as Kompakt, R&S, Gigolo, Cocoon, Permanent Vacation, Throne of Blood, Correspondant, Eskimo, Endless Flight, Astrolab and on Ewan Pearson’s Misericord label (with the 2008 über-classic « Boutade », also re-released last summer on cult balearic stable International Feel), revered Belgian dj & producer Mugwump is now at the helm of his label Subfield, run trough !K7. Subfield is home to his artist productions as well as others, spanning the full range of electronic music. SF001 features 3 Mugwump productions: the bleepy techno-new-beat piano anthem « Share of Thee Grail » (used for a Karl Lagerfeld advert), the psychedelic disco-dub of « Satori Crossroads » (vinyl-only) and the rare-as-fuck and huge at the A Love From Outer Space London clubnight, Mugwump instrumental remix for massive London goth-rockers O’Children.
